Purpose

The MM6 Mini is a solution ideal for high-touch, high-traffic locations. This device is packed with features that will make your breakroom experience better than ever.

 

Many types of software can be used by this device:

  • The MM6 Mini RT uses ReadyTouch for Dining
  • The MM6 Mini Market use V5 Software

This article will cover the hardware of this device, noting any differences between versions of the device.

General Information

  • Housing: Scratch-resistant ABS with UV cap and metal shell
  • Communication: Ethernet RJ45
  • Internal Access Method:  Easy-open chassis leads to faster servicing
  • Dimensions: 25” tall x 9” wide x 10.5” deep
  • Power: 120V AC 3-prong grounded outlet (15 amp service)
  • Weight: 30 lbs unboxed (35lbs boxed)
  • Mounting options: Counter top or Wall mounting (wall mount sold separately)

Input 15.6” MicroTouch touchscreen Mounted in portrait format; features an anti-glare coating
Scanner Zebra barcode scanner High-volume scanner capable of reading most barcodes, including 1D, 2D, QR, and direct part marks; reads barcodes presented on any surface.
Security Camera Fisheye webcam Able to capture a wide range of the surroundings. Not available for the MM6Mini-RT. 
Connectivity Cisco Meraki Z3C Creates a secure network between devices and 365 Servers; security appliance with 4 ports and 1 POE connection
Scanner Zebra barcode scanner High-volume scanner capable of reading most barcodes, including 1D, 2D, QR, and direct part marks; reads barcodes presented on any surface.

The MM6Mini has 4 USB ports, allowing for optional hardware components. Below are the optional components that can be ordered in addition to your MM6. Please note that the cash drawer is not an optional component for any MM6Mini.
