Process
The servicing/restocking process can be performed through the 365Ops app.
The app can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play Store.
Log In to the App
Open the 365Ops app and log in with ADM credentials.
Create a New Service Record
-
Tap the 3 horizontal dots in the navigation bar at the bottom, then tap Restock.
- Scan the QR code on the barcode scanner on the device.
- The next screen will show the last restock images. Tap Unlock and restock to unlock the doors.
- The next screen starts the three-step process of creating a new service record. The Vision Smart Store will now unlock and stay open for the next 30 minutes. This is so that the device can remain open for stocking without triggering the Health Safety Lockout. If there are multiple cabinets, tap on the desired cabinet to switch between them.
- Tap Edit planogram to edit the planogram if needed. (See the Edit planogram section of this guide for more information.)
- Once finished stocking the Vision Smart Store, tap Complete verification and next.
-
Take a picture of the front of the Vision Smart Store. (If there are multiple cabinets, ensure all are visible.) Tap Next when finished.
- The last step is a quick review: a Restock review checklist will appear. If everything looks good, tap End Service Mode to complete the process, or if changes need to be made, tap Go back or Edit on the applicable step to make changes.
- A confirmation modal will appear with a green checkmark and Record submitted! message. This'll re-engage the locks and end service mode.
Edit Planogram
Planograms can be edited during the service process. After tapping Edit planogram, it will go to the edit planogram page. To edit the planogram from there:
- Tap the applicable cabinet to build out the planogram for (if not already selected).
- Tap the magnifying glass icon to bring up product search.
- Search for and select a product to add to the planogram.
- Tap the applicable slot(s) to add the product to.
- Once a product is in a slot, tap the checkbox on the desired slot (if needed) to bring up options to:
- Edit image
- Insert slot
- Remove (product from slot)
- At the bottom are cancellation buttons to undo the last action or cancel changes made (if needed):
- Tap the left arrow button to undo the last action.
- Tap the Cancel changes button to cancel changes made.
- When finished, tap Save planogram to save changes to the planogram, then tap Done editing to continue with the rest of the service process.
Service Mode Timeout
If 30 minutes have elapsed without completing Service Mode, a message will display on the app, stating that the session has ended and the doors are now locked. If more time is needed, simply navigate back to Restock to restart service mode.
Manually Activating Service Mode
To manually active service mode from the pico device:
- On the touch screen of the device, tap in the upper-left corner 5 times.
- The driver menu will now appear. Enter your ADM email and Password. Alternatively, you may log in using your PIN, but please note that your PIN will only work after you have logged into that device with your ADM email and password at least once before.
- Select Start Service Mode.
- You will now see a timer on the device. Both doors will unlock and stay open for the next 30 minutes. If you complete the stocking process before the 30 minutes are up, select the Finish button to lock the doors early.
Cooler Health Safety Lock Delay Process
Once you have finished stocking and ended service mode by pressing the finish button, the pico will automatically send a Cooler Health Safety Lock Delay to the cabinet controller. You can also opt to refresh the delay timer or enter this process manually. Directions on entering the delay manually and the Cooler Health Safety Lock Delay behavior below.
Press and hold the U button and Down Arrow button on the Minus Forty Controller Module for five seconds to begin the Cooler Health Safety Lock Delay. This mode prevents an HSA Cooler Health Safety Lock/Alarm from engaging and locking a unit and clears any active lockout alarm.
When this mode has been entered correctly, the Minus40 display at the base of the unit will now flash the word "dELAY", along with other unit data.
If a unit displays the following error on the pico, the unit is in an HSA Cooler Health Safety Lockout.
This lockout error can be cleared by either using the U and Down Arrow, or by pressing the down arrow for 5 seconds if the unit is already at a safe operating temperature.
