Purpose
This article explains how to unlock the cvProducts device, restock it, and view the planogram.
For information on Premium Pushers, which are an upgrade to the restocking process, please see the article Stockwell 2.0 - Shelf Dividers and Premium Pushers.
Process
Manually Activating Service Mode
- On the touch screen of the device, tap in the upper-left corner 5 times
- The driver menu will now appear. Enter your ADM email and Password. Alternatively, you may log in using your PIN, but please note that your PIN will only work after you have logged into that device with your ADM email and password at least once before.
- Select Start Service Mode.
- You will now see a timer on the device. Both doors will unlock and stay open for the next 30 minutes. If you complete the stocking process before the 30 minutes are up, select the Finish button to lock the doors early.
Cooler Health Safety Lock Delay Process
Once you have finished stocking and ended service mode, you will need to put the cooler unit in a Health Safety Lock Delay.
Press and hold the U button and Down Arrow button on the Minus Forty Controller Module for five seconds to begin the Cooler Health Safety Lock Delay. This mode prevents an HSA Cooler Health Safety Lock/Alarm from engaging and locking a unit and clears any active lockout alarm.
When this mode has been entered correctly, the Minus40 display at the base of the unit will now flash the word "dELAY", along with other unit data.
If a unit displays the following error on the pico, the unit is in an HSA Cooler Health Safety Lockout.
This lockout error can be cleared by either using the U and Down Arrow, or by pressing the down arrow for 5 seconds if the unit is already at a safe operating temperature.
Download and Log in to the 365Ops App
Devices in the cv product line have additional management features in the 365Ops app. These features allow operators to view planograms and create service records of the device during the restocking process.
For information on other features of this app, please see the 365Ops App Operator Guide.
- Download the 365Ops app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Once installed, please open the app.
- Select the ADM Login option. The 365Ops app uses the same login credentials used for accessing ADM. Enter your email address and password.
- Tap LOGIN.
Create a New Service Record on the 365Ops App
- Select the name of your Organization, then the name of the Location the unit is in. Next, select the name of the device (ie. picoxxxxx) to get to the Device Details screen with info. for the device such as connectivity history and last full sync.
- There are tab options above the Full Sync and Restart buttons, which are unavailable for devices outside the cv Product line. These tabs are Info and Service. Select the Service tab.
- From the Service tab, the options are New Service, Service Image History, and Planogram View. To create a new service record, select New Service.
- This will trigger the four-step process of creating a new service record. For the first step, select the Start Service Mode button. The device will now unlock and stay open for the next 30 minutes. This is so that the device can remain open for stocking without triggering the Health and Safety lockout.
-
For the second step, there is the option to stock the unit and verify that the unit is stocked according to the planogram.
There's also a service mode timer in the upper-right, displaying how much time is left to complete service mode. If the 30 minutes are up before service mode is completed, the device will automatically lock the doors and exit service mode.Tapping on any of the products displayed on this screen will open up Product Item Details, showing Product Name, Position according to the Planogram, and UPC Code. Once finished looking at Product Item Details, tap the back arrow in the upper-right to get back to Stock and Verify.
Once the unit's stocked according to the planogram, select the Complete Verification button at the bottom.
-
For the third step, take a service image of the device. The picture should be taken in landscape mode, and should show an image of the unit with the doors closed for easier identification. This image is used for reference of unit stack and organization at the time of service, and is also used as a backup schema reference if our system needs additional insight.
Tap the Take Photo button to take a picture of the market. The picture can be retaken if needed. Once you have the picture you want, hit the Next button.
- The fourth step is the Service Review Checklist. This is to verify that the products have been stocked correctly and the desired service image has been captured before submitting. If there's anything that needs to be changed or edited, select Edit to take a new service image or Go back to revisit the stocking step.
If everything looks good, hit the Complete Service button to complete the process of creating a new service record.
Service Mode Timeout
If 30 minutes have elapsed without completing Service Mode, a message will display on the app, stating that your session has ended and the doors are now locked. If more time is needed, simply navigate back to New Service to restart service mode.

You now have the ability to view planograms by device in the 365Ops App.
- After logging into the app with your ADM credentials, then selecting your Organization, Location, and Device to get to the Device Details screen, tap on the Service tab near the upper-right.
-
