US/Canada - PicoPlatform - Self-Provisioner
Updated

Overview

This article will go over the self-provisioning process for PicoCooler, PicoCooler Breeze, and PicoMarket/PicoMarket+. In order to self-provision these devices, you will need the following:

  • Name of the Org and Location you are provisioning the device for
  • ADM credentials
  • Evermart serial number (ONLY for PicoCooler Breeze setup - this is located on the CDU on top of the cooler)

The 365Ops app can link a mobile market device to a connected campus, and can add one other existing device to the campus. It also has the ability to create a campus.

Step 7: Verify Network Connectivity via ADM

See instructions listed in Legacy & V5 - Network Connectivity Verification and Troubleshooting - Operator Guide.

Install Device On-Site

Once the device has been provisioned to the location, the device should be bolted down to the counter/table. You will be provided two carriage bolts and two barrel nuts with your PicoMarket.

NOTE

If the device was not bolted down, falls, and is damaged, this would not be covered under warranty.

  1. There are two square holes in the base of PicoMarket. Use these as a guide for where you should drill into the counter/table. Drill two 3/8" (9.55mm) holes into the counter/table.
    bolt1.png
