US/Canada - PicoPlatform - Self-Provisioner
Updated

IMPORTANT NOTE

If the using a VDI (Vending Data Integration) where products are managed out of and the product database for the location you are setting up is very large, it is recommended that you provision the device prior to bringing it on-site. Depending on the size of the product database being pulled over from the VDI, it could potentially take up to two hours to download to the device.

Overview

This article will go over the self-provisioning process for both PicoCooler, PicoCooler Breeze, and PicoMarket/PicoMarket+. In order to self-provision these devices, you will need the following:

  • Name of the Org and Location you are provisioning the device for
  • ADM credentials
  • Evermart serial number (ONLY for PicoCooler Breeze setup - this is located on the CDU on top of the cooler)

See the appropriate subsection below for Pico the device(s) you are provisioning:

Install Device On-Site

Once the device has been provisioned to the location, the device should be bolted down to the counter/table. You will be provided two carriage bolts and two barrel nuts with your PicoMarket.

NOTE

If the device was not bolted down, falls, and is damaged, this would not be covered under warranty.

  1. There are two square holes in the base of PicoMarket. Use these as a guide for where you should drill into the counter/table. Drill two 3/8" (9.55mm) holes into the counter/table.
    bolt1.png
  2. Place carriage bolts into square holes through the top of the base of the PicoMarket and into the holes you drilled.

  3. Place barrel nuts on carriage bolts through the underside of the PicoMarket base.
