Purpose
This article guides Operators through the Order Now functionality, enabling/disabling the feature, the customer journey, and any additional improvements to ADM.
Process
Order Now is a feature on the 365 Dining kiosks and mobile applications that allow customers to place immediate pickup orders. This feature enhances customer convenience by supporting real-time ordering without delay.
Operators can enable or disable the Order Now feature via the Admin Dashboard (ADM).

Enabling the Feature in ADM
To control availability of Order Now for kiosks and mobile at a specific location, use the toggle system in ADM. These toggles are available only for Self Service Menus.
- Login to ADM.

Select Self Service Menu from Location > Menu > Self Service Menu.

Locate the menu type toggles and toggle on which ones are needed.
- Order Ahead Kiosk
- Order Ahead Mobile
- Order Now Kiosk
- Order Now Mobile
- Order Ahead Kiosk

Click to toggle ON the Order Now Kiosk option to enable Order Now on the Kiosk. Click again to toggle off.
- Click to toggle ON the Order Now Mobile option to enable Order Now on Mobile. Click again to toggle off.
Consumer Journey
On the Kiosk
- User taps on the home screen and selects Order Now.
- User selects items and confirms the order.
- User selects their dining preference.
- User chooses a payment option.
- Receipt screen is displayed.
