Can we use Market Cards (key fobs) with the MicroMarket? How does that work?
- Market Cards can be used with MicroMarkets, PicoCoolers, and any device utilizing the ADM Platform. To familiarize yourself with the Market Card process please reference, 365 Market Card Printing Guidelines.
Where can I find signage to display in the location?
- There are a variety of wing cards that can be printed and displayed in the location. Please find the ones that fit best in our Help Center section Wing Cards by Topic.
What ways are there to incentivize GMA adoption/use?
- The initial balance feature is a great way to get customers interested in GMA please reference ADM - Initial Balance to see how this feature works.
- The Tender Discount promotion is another great way to encourage customers to use a GMA account over credit. For more info on how to setup a Tender Discount Promotion please reference ADM - Promotions - Operator Guide.
Where can I find details about the Loyalty program?

Do you offer any training on ADM? Where can I sign up?
- Yes! You can sign up using the following form Operator Training Request Form.

What browser is recommended for ADM?
- For the best ADM experience you will want to use the Chrome Web Browser. You may run into visual display/incompatibility issues when using other browsers besides Chrome.
- Also as of now ADM is not mobile/tablet friendly and is best viewed on a PC or Laptop.
Network and Connectivity
What do I do if my kiosk goes offline?
- Check internet status at the location to see if the location is experiencing any outages.
- If internet is working at location then power cycle both the kiosk and router, leave powered down for at least 30 seconds.
- Contact support if internet has been confirmed as working at the location and power cycling did not fix.

Can I set up automatic alerts for offline kiosks?
- You can follow our article ADM - Dashboards and Notifications Guide to schedule email alerts.
Does the Gen3 and NanoMarket have NFC capabilities?
- The Gen3 does only if using the OTI reader as the credit card reader.
- NanoMarkets do not support NFC capabilities.
