ADM Dashboards and Notifications

365 Retail Markets offers a Dashboard for monitoring the status of your MicroMarkets, and a Notification Center for managing your email notifications. Notifications can be set for devices going offline or when no sales are recorded for a defined period. This allows you to monitor potential downtime or communication issues for MicroMarkets and NanoMarkets. This replaces the simple email notification system that was in ADM.

Notification icon and Alert icon

  1. Click on the Envelope icon at the top, right of the screen in ADM to open the Notification Center. The Configuration and Management screens notifications will display. There is a Bell icon in the top, right corner that displays the current number of active alerts in red.

  2. Click the Bell icon to go to the Alert History screen to see active alerts in your organization.

Red Bell on Alert icon

  • If there are any active (unresolved) alerts, a red circle with a white number in it will show next to the Bell icon in the upper, right corner in ADM.
  • There are an unlimited number of active or unresolved alerts that can be displayed.
  • Resolved alerts are removed from the total open alerts, meaning they will not be counted in the red notification icon.

FAQ

Q: How often will notifications be sent to the operator?

A: Once, but if an alert is triggered and then resolved and then triggered again, another email will be sent.

Q: How long is a kiosk offline before a notification is sent?

A: The Monitor program checking for offline kiosks will detect and register the event in about three minutes of that device losing connectivity. You can select notification intervals from five minutes to 10 days to alert you when the kiosk has failed to respond to the kiosk Monitor.
