Admin Device Dashboard Information
The Admin Device Dashboard allows you to view devices for all locations you have access to for an organization on one singular page. This page will allow you to sort, export, and display information regarding the device, such as the device name, location name, hardware type, current status, and more.
Access Dashboard
To access the Admin Device Dashboard:
- Log into ADM
- Select the Admin tab in the blue banner at the top of ADM
- Select Device from the resulting drop-down menu
The following information will be displayed in the Admin Device Dashboard table:

Device Name: This is specific to an individual device and will be formatted as something like VSHXXXXXX, picoXXXX, nanoXXXX, etc.

Hardware Type: The type of hardware the device is (Pico, Beacon, Gen3c, Nano)

Go Live: The date the kiosk took its first live transaction.

Location Name: The name of the location where the device is.

Org Name: The name of the organization the location/device belongs to.

Current Status: The online/offline status of the device. Please see the article Legacy, V5, and MM6 - Network Connectivity Verification and Troubleshooting - Operator Guide for further information on troubleshooting an offline device.

Current Status Time: This shows when the status of the device started, while the Last Online shows the previous online period. For example, if the device went between being online, offline, and now has a Current Status of Local, you would see a difference between the Current Status Time and the Last Online fields.

Last Sale: The last sale that was communicated from the kiosk to the ADM website.
- Last Online: This shows when the last time the device was seen online, while the Current Status Time shows when the status of the device started. For example, if the device went between being online, offline, and now has a Current Status of Local, you would see a difference between the Current Status Time and the Last Online fields.
Using the Admin Device Dashboard
The Admin Device Dashboard allows you to do the following:
- Search by device name (picoXXXX)
- The Reset button will clear the search criteria you've entered.
- The Reset button will clear the search criteria you've entered.
- Sort devices by location
- Sort the information in a column by clicking the column header
- Export the device list
- Navigate to the Device Summary for a device
- Navigate to the Location Summary for a device
