365 Webstore - Order Process Operator Guide

Purpose

This document outlines the process of navigating and placing orders through the 365 Webstore.

Process

Before starting, log into the applicable 365 Webstore account. 

If the password has been forgotten, click Did you forget your password? on the login page. 
If without a login, complete the JIRA registration form: 365 Webstore Registration.
 

Step 1: Browse & Add Products

  1. Browse products using the left-hand menu or the Search bar.
     
  2. When the desired product is found, click Add to Cart and adjust the quantity as needed.

  3. For more details, click View Product Details. This will show:
    1. Product description
    2. Compatibility details
    3. Related products
       

Step 2: Review the Cart

Items added will appear in the cart list on the right side of the screen. Tax, shipping, and total costs are automatically calculated. 
If the product is part of a kit, all kit items will appear and cannot be removed. 

To update shipping and tax information: 

  1. click Edit Shipping & Sales Tax under My Cart.

  2. Enter Zip Code, Postal Code, City, State, Country.
     
  3. Select the preferred shipping option from those provided.
     
  4. Click Finish to proceed.
     

Step 3: Checkout

  1. On the Checkout page, review or modify the Ship-To and Bill-To addresses. Update shipping option if necessary.

  2. Choose a payment method: Credit Card or Invoice. (Both methods allow entry of a PO number.)

  3. To include other people on the order, click Add under the payment option, and enter their email address.
     
  4. Check the box to agree to the 10% restocking fee for returns.
     
  5. Click Submit Order. Once the order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent out to the applicable email address(es).
