Purpose

This article answers frequently asked questions for the 365 E-Commerce site.

For the step-by-step order process, please visit the 365 Webstore Order Process Operator Guide.

Ordering & Purchasing

Can a quote be requested before ordering?

Items may be added to the cart to view pre-calculated hardware, shipping, and tax costs. At this time, the webstore does not generate formal printable quotes. If a formal quote is required, please contact the 365 account manager.

Can an order be modified or canceled after placing it?

Yes, as long as the products have not yet shipped. Please email SalesAdmin@365rm.com to request any order changes or cancellations.

How can products be reordered quickly?

The Express Order option can be used within any product category to add multiple items to the cart at once. Alternatively, reorders can be done from Order History by navigating to Account → Orders, selecting a previous order, and clicking Reorder to automatically add those same products to the cart.

Can multiple people from my company place orders under one account?

No. Each login is linked to an individual email address. Order confirmations and invoices will be sent directly to the email associated with that account.

Pricing & Payment

Is there any special or tiered pricing offered?

The customer account is linked to the assigned pricing group. For more information about the pricing structure, please contact the 365 account manager.

Which payment methods are accepted?

There is the option to pay by credit card (U.S. only) or select the invoice option during checkout. The invoice generated will follow the same format currently received from the 365 Finance Department.

Why is my credit card payment failing at checkout?

The most common issue is a mismatch in billing information. The billing address entered must match exactly what the credit card provider has on file. Even small discrepancies, such as an incorrect ZIP code, can cause the transaction to fail. If the issue persists, the invoice payment option can be selected instead.

Does the 365 E-Commerce site charge sales tax?

Yes. The 365 E-Commerce site automatically calculates applicable sales tax during checkout, so the full invoice amount is displayed before placing the order.

Can I receive invoices for my accounting department?

Yes. Invoices will be sent from the 365 Finance Department in the same format currently received.

Shipping & Delivery

Can I use my own freight carrier?

No. At this time, customer-provided shipping arrangements are not supported.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated in real time based on product weight, destination, and selected shipping priority.

Is expedited or priority shipping offered?

Yes. For commonly stocked replacement products available in 365's warehouses, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Some items such as freight shipments or products with longer lead times, may not offer expedited shipping.

How can I track my order?

Order lead times remain the same whether ordered through the E-Commerce site, or directly through the 365 account manager. Once a tracking number becomes available, it will will send out an email. Please note that items may already be in transit before the tracking number is issued.

Does 365 ship to warehouses or multiple locations?

Yes. FedEx can deliver to valid business or residential addresses. Multiple shipping addresses can be saved in the profile, and different items can be assigned within the same order to different delivery locations.

Accounts & Business Setup

How do I create an E-Commerce account?

Can my team members have separate logins?
