Purpose
This article will assist with transferring ownership of PicoVend, PayPlus, PayPlus Omni, or AirVend devices.
Process
Our transfer process takes 3–5 business days once all parties respond, and cannot be future-dated;
if the Buyer is a new customer, a transfer is not complete until they go through our onboarding process.
The device responsibility remains with the Seller until then.
Transfers cannot proceed without the original Owner’s approval. Third-party reseller purchases do not bypass requirements.
The Device ID is required to identify the machine(s).
Communication between Buyer and Seller is their responsibility, with only two outreach attempts provided by us if needed - no exceptions.

To transfer ownership of devices:
- Fill out the transfer of ownership form:
- Please include both the Buyer and original Owner’s business name, address, phone number, and email address.
- The Device ID(s) are needed that start with 552, 562, 572, or PO-. Using numbers starting in AV7 may result in a delay.
An Excel sheet of these IDs at the top of the form where it notes Attachment will also suffice. - If the Buyer will be using 365 VMS (Parlevel VMS), please select Yes so we can ensure a smooth change over.

- Confirm the transfer by the original Owner:
- They will be contacted at the email address on file by our onboarding department to confirm the transfer.
- The original Owner will be required to reply back to this email for the transfer to continue.
- If the Buyer is a new Operator with 365 Retail Markets, they will be contacted to both:
- Onboard with 365 Retail Markets.
- Pay an invoice of $75 (+ applicable state tax) to create their account with us.
- Once this transfer has been completed, we’ll notify the new Owner of the device(s) of completion, and provide login details if needed.
