Purpose

The purpose of this article is to provide the link that Greenlite operators can use to Cancel Service or Transfer a device. When service needs to be cancelled on a device and it needs to be shipped back to 365 Retail, this link will also automatically start the process.

Transfer of Ownership will require the receiving party to know the device information as well.
