ADM Setup
Global Products – “Coffee” Item
On setup, the PicoCoffee automatically creates an item named "coffee" in ADM, with the scan code set to "PicoCoffee". The price of this item listed in ADM is 0.00, though the actual price that the customer pays is set on the OEM coffee machine itself.
The ADM scan code and price cannot be modified by the Operator. However, other elements of the product summary can be edited.
- Log into ADM.
- Ensure that the correct org/location selected.
- Select Product from the main menu, then select Global Products from the resulting drop-down menu.
- Select the item listed as "coffee". This will bring up the Product Summary page of the item, coffee. From this page the item can be edited. For example, instead of listing it as "coffee," the item could be listed as "hot brew" or something similar.
Changing the name of the item here is a generic change across all vended coffee products. Operators cannot configure unique descriptions for each drink selection. - Select the Save button at the bottom of the page once changes are completed.
Reminder: the pricing and scan codes cannot be edited in ADM. To set coffee pricing, configure the prices on the OEM coffee machine directly.
Global Products – All Items
Operators will list items in ADM, set scan codes, prices and other details in the same way as other 365 micro market devices. This means customers can check out from the PicoCoffee with additional items as desired.
