Test the Network Connection
Here there are 3 tests, which give the Operator more information on what it's showing for the network connection - Test Connectivity, Test Network Stability, and Test Network Speed. Tap the button(s) for the applicable test(s) accordingly to test the network.
Setup Network
Under Setup Network, there are 3 connection types to choose from: Cellular, WiFi, and Ethernet. Simply tap the applicable option to setup the connection for that type.
-
Cellular: This connection type uses the Pico's SIM card to connect cellularly.
-
WiFi: This connection type connects to an applicable WiFi network. Captive portals and guest networks do not work with the Pico. (Please see the Network Requirements Guide for more information.)
-
Ethernet: This connection type uses an ethernet cable to connect to the network. Make sure Ethernet is toggled on, and select the applicable settings under Ethernet configuration.
Agent App
The Agent App shows software versions, and whether or not the software is up to date.
Updates on the Pico will occur automatically, but can be done manually if needed. Tap the Check for Updates button to manually check for updates. Once finished, tap Launch Market to take the pico back to the point of sale, or the back arrow icon at the bottom of the screen to go back to the previous screen.
Lock and Unlock the Cooler
The below functionality are for PicoCoolers only. Picomarkets will not show a Lock or Unlock button.
Locked Pico
The Driver Menu gives the ability to lock or unlock the cooler. However, these will not work when the cooler is over the designated temperature. Please see the PicoCooler Health Safety Timer Lockout & Override article if the lockout is caused by the cooler being over temp.
Unlocked Pico
The unlocked Pico will not have lock/unlock buttons. It will remain unlocked unless it goes out of its designated temp range. In the case that it is out of its temp range, refer to the PicoCooler Health Safety Timer Lockout & Override article.
