Purpose
This article outlines some of the common issues and how to troubleshoot them in regards to the Cooler Vision Express.
Process
Basic Troubleshooting
- Confirm that the PC is powered on.
- Confirm that the router is powered on.
- Check the router has signal by checking the green LED lights. They should be on but not blinking.
- Confirm all cabling is secured.
QR Code Doesn't Work for Cooler
- Check to see if QR code on the Cooler is linked to the correct device. This can be done by printing a new QR code from ADM and scanning to confirm.
Camera Not Connecting
- Trace and check cabling to PC and be sure it is secured.
- Try swapping to a different USB port.
- Reboot the PC by pressing and holding the power button until the light turns off. Press again to power back on.
Transactions Not Being Charged
- Confirm router is turned on and has bars indicating connection.
- If the router is on but there are no lights, attempt a power cycle.
- If the router is on but there are no lights, attempt a power cycle.
- Ensure ethernet cable is secured in the router and PC.
- Confirm PC is on.
