Cooler Vision Express - Troubleshooting

Purpose

This article outlines some of the common issues and how to troubleshoot them in regards to the Cooler Vision Express.

Process

Basic Troubleshooting

  1. Confirm that the PC is powered on.

  2. Confirm that the router is powered on.

  3. Check the router has signal by checking the green LED lights. They should be on but not blinking.

  4. Confirm all cabling is secured.

QR Code Doesn't Work for Cooler

  1. Check to see if QR code on the Cooler is linked to the correct device. This can be done by printing a new QR code from ADM and scanning to confirm. 

Camera Not Connecting 

  1. Trace and check cabling to PC and be sure it is secured.

  2. Try swapping to a different USB port.

  3. Reboot the PC by pressing and holding the power button until the light turns off. Press again to power back on.

Transactions Not Being Charged

  1. Confirm router is turned on and has bars indicating connection.
    1. If the router is on but there are no lights, attempt a power cycle.

  2. Ensure ethernet cable is secured in the router and PC.

  3. Confirm PC is on.
