VMS

VMS

Version: 26.07.00

Release Date: 09/03/26

What's New

  • Cart Load Builder: We introduced Cart Load Builder in the Stock App (iOS and Android) so drivers can pick queued machines on their active route and see combined Cases and Each totals.

  • Planogram Templates: We introduced Planogram Templates, replacing separate Layouts and Planograms. You can create templates, author slots in the familiar editor, bulk-assign them, and apply as a scheduled or immediate copy.

  • Stock App Truck Inventory: We introduced Truck Inventory in the Stock App (iOS and Android) so drivers can see truck stock, adjust quantities, and return product as saleable, damaged, or expired.

Improvements

  • Plan Next Service Without Starting a Route: You can plan the next service from Daily Route Detail without using Start Route. The current route stays unstarted, so prekit is not applied to the truck.

  • OCS Analytics Historical Product Cost: OCS analytics reports now use the product cost captured at order creation instead of the current default cost, so later cost changes do not rewrite past results.

Bug Fixes

  • Stock App Inventory, Waste, and Audits: We resolved Stock issues where paired slots with a scheduled product change were missing from Inventory and Prekitting, Android prekit zeroed after viewing Inventory, bundles appeared as swap targets, empty audits would not save, and Expired, Damaged, or Refunded waste converted to Lost after Finalize.

  • Prekitting, Planograms, and Pricing: We resolved issues where Markets allowed negative Capacity, Parlevel, and Quantity, paper prekitting hid Brand and Manufacturer, Prekit by Percent called too early, scheduled product changes posted as Forced, remote price change Select All did not submit, and Inventory Transfer Bulk Select cleared source quantities.

  • OCS Fees, Contacts, and Transactions: We resolved issues where the OCS Environmental Fee applied the wrong number of times, switching an Additional contact to Primary could erase or duplicate contacts, and some transactions would not open after a bundle quantity change.

  • Reports, Alerts, and Scheduling: We resolved issues where Machine Alerts showed an unreadable Reported timestamp, Tech Tickets scheduled Every N Months could vanish when Day of Month was left unset, and service notes failed to load if the attached route was deleted.

365 Catering

365 Catering

Version: 26.06.01

Release Date: 09/08/26

What's New

  • The main features of this Live Update include Enterprise Menu Sharing and Room Reservations.

  • Managing menus across multiple locations just got easier with Enterprise Menu Sharing. This feature allows organizations with multiple sites to create and maintain a single Master Menu that can be shared with one or more locations. Instead of updating the same menu in every account, enterprise users can make changes once and distribute them wherever they're needed, ensuring consistency while reducing administrative effort.
If you'd like to see Enterprise Menu Sharing in action, please contact your Account Manager or Implementation Consultant to schedule a demo and discuss how it can support your business.

  • Plan your meeting and catering order in one seamless experience with Room Reservations. This feature integrates with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365, allowing users to check meeting room availability and reserve a room while placing their catering order. By combining room booking and catering into a single workflow, users no longer need to switch between separate systems, making the planning process faster and more convenient.
Interested in learning more? Contact your Account Manager or Implementation Consultant to arrange a demo and explore how Room Reservations can streamline your meeting and catering experience.

Improvements

  • Improved Modifier Selection Experience in Online Ordering: Optional modifiers can now be selected and deselected as expected, providing a smoother ordering experience without requiring customers to close the modifier window or restart their order.

  • Improved Stripe One-Time Payment Summary Accuracy: The payment summary now displays accurate item details, including modifier charges and discount/voucher information, providing customers with a clearer and more consistent checkout experience.

Bug Fixes

  • Delivery Email Address No Longer Cleared When Adding Items to a Back Office Order: When creating a delivery order in the Back Office, the Delivery Email entered in the Contact Details will now remain intact when adding, updating, or removing menu items, as well as when confirming the order. This eliminates the need to re-enter the email address during order creation.

  • Last Order Date Now Displays Correctly on Customer Profile: The Last Order date displayed on the Customer Profile now correctly reflects the customer's most recent requested order date, providing a more accurate view of customer activity.

  • Prevented Duplicate Charges After Editing Paid Online Orders: We fixed an issue where customers could be charged again for the full order amount when a previously paid online order was edited or re-authorized from the Back Office. This ensures accurate payment tracking and prevents duplicate charges.

  • Payment & Order Editing Improvements: Removed the Add Card option for SagePay accounts, as saved cards are not supported by SagePay and fixed an issue where orders could remain read-only after an invoice was voided; orders can now be edited as expected.

  • Invoice PO Number & Notes Fix: Fixed an issue where PO Number and Notes entered when creating an invoice were appearing blank. These fields now save correctly on newly created invoices.

Improvements

  • N/A

Bug Fixes

  • Updated scheduled reporting so weekly and monthly reports follow each property's local date and time. This helps ensure reports run when expected and avoids early or duplicate deliveries caused by timezone differences.

  • Improved the Scheduled Reports table so monthly schedules display a clear placeholder in the weekly send-days column instead of leaving the field blank. This makes schedule details easier to read and understand at a glance.

  • Improved scheduled report reliability with stronger execution tracking and safeguards that prevent overlapping report runs from sending duplicate emails. These changes also make report delivery issues easier to identify and troubleshoot.

  • Improved attended-kiosk payment processing so each back-to-back credit card transaction sends the correct transaction amount to the payment processor. This prevents a previous transaction amount from being reused for a subsequent purchase.

ADM

ADM

Version: 26.08.0

Release Date: 9/15/26

What's New

  • A new Temp Reporting feature has been added to the ADM Admin menu. This new page will provide a graphical representation of historical temperature readings for ADM managed cabinets. Operators will also be able to export historical readings, and if enabled for the Org and Device, issue a remote HSA Reset.

Improvements

  • ADM now provides device-level control of Remote HSA Reset on the Device Summary level. When the organization-level setting is enabled, 365 can set Remote HSA Reset to On or Off for individual Devices. Turning it Off hides Reset HSA for that device, allowing granular control while preserving the organization setting.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where importing existing items into a Self-Service menu prevented print groups from being selected until the menu was saved and reopened. Print groups are now available immediately after import, so operators can complete menu configuration in one workflow.

Improvements

  • Improved inventory adjustment guidance for receive events from a previous calendar month. Users are now directed to the appropriate inventory correction method so counts remain accurate and easier to manage.

Bug Fixes

  • Corrected emailed and texted receipts for completed AYS parked transactions so the payment type displays without an extra character.

  • Improved the Users table layout in OPS and GAS so long first and last names no longer overlap neighboring columns or hide available user actions.

Improvements

Bug Fixes

  • Smart Routing – DFC Forecast Values: We resolved an issue where the DFC value for some machines and markets could default to zero when using Smart Routing instead of showing the expected forecast value. Smart Routing now calculates the correct DFC value for affected route configurations, helping you plan service and prekit quantities using accurate forecast information.

  • Warehouse Inventory – Negative Quantities: We resolved an issue where warehouse inventory that should move below zero could instead remain at zero after route prekitting. Warehouse quantities can now reflect negative values when required for transitional inventory work, while truck inventory continues to stop at zero.

ADM

ADM

Version: 26.07.0

Release Date: 08/18/26

What's New

  • Please be aware that the EFT Disbursement email’s text has been updated to be more descriptive. There are no changes within the actual EFT itself, so this is purely an intended and valid text update.

  • Operators can now configure Item Cart Commercials within ADM on the Location Summary page. This includes the ability to upload images for a cart banner slot, schedule commercials with start/end dates, and configure auto-rotate intervals for carousel behavior. A dependent device side release is required for the full promotional banner functionality to render on kiosks.

Improvements

  • The Consumer Summary page in ADM has been updated to allow for additional valid Scancodes to be added to accounts. Scancodes are still validated to ensure they are not already assigned to another account within the same location or campus, and are not tied to an existing product in the organization. However, checks against a UPC A/E format have been removed, ultimately allowing users to add valid Scancodes.

Bug Fixes

  • An issue has been resolved where the Promotion Details report was displaying the current product price rather than the price at the time of the transaction. This caused inaccurate reporting for any promotion where a product's price was changed while the promotion was still active. The report now correctly sources the unit price from the transaction record, ensuring historical accuracy regardless of subsequent price changes.

ADM

Version: 26.06.0

Release Date: 7/22/26

This configuration is optional and can be set or updated at any time through the Subsidy Group settings in ADM.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the search and filter functions from displaying on the Choose Item/Category modal when creating a Bundle Group promotion. Users can now once again see and use the search and filter options.
