What's New/Release Notes For March 2025

ADM

The EFT: GMA Disbursement report is getting updated for an upcoming project around Supplier Management. The EFT will have two new columns added to the right of the existing Subsidy Spend column. These columns will be labelled Supplier Sales and Supplier Fee Credit. This new offering will allow Operators to have third-party suppliers manage certain products at a Location, and 365 will disburse directly to the supplier.
The Product Upload Template for ADM has been updated with a new column for Item Category. This categorization will be used for hybrid Dining and Market Locations, which will be fully usable in early Q2. Please ensure that any product uploads leverage this new report format (linked below).
The same Chatbot that is available on the 365 Help Center has been added to ADM. This tool will help Operators to quickly get information and updates without having to leave ADM while in the middle of a workflow. Operators will be able to quickly get the information they need if any questions arise.

For International Operators, the 365Payment Reconciliation report has been updated to provide additional data points around total sales amounts and fees. These updates are intended to give Operators further insights into ADM sales and disbursements for detailed reconciliation.

A bug has been fixed around updating existing Promotion Groups in ADM. This issue was intermittently causing some prior selections to not carry over when the Promo was updated. With this fix, users will simply be able to add/remove selections as desired.

ADM will automatically be updated around 6pm EDT on 3/20. No further action is required to receive this update.

Seamless Vending Experience: If you're near a Vending machine and have Bluetooth
enabled, a Vending section will automatically appear on your Home screen.
Scan & Pay, Now Even Easier: If you're near a Scan & Pay location and have Bluetooth
enabled, a "Product" button will appear at the bottom of your Home screen. Just tap, scan,
and check out in seconds!
Order Ahead, Now Even Better: Select an Order Ahead location from the upper right
corner of your Home screen, and a Dining section will appear for quick and easy ordering.
Plus, enjoy a refreshed menu design for a more modern and seamless experience!

Updates will be rolled out to app users in a phased approach, starting the evening of 3/17:

on the last day of the phased approach, users will receive a prompt telling
them to update if they have not yet.

New & Easier Passwordless Onboarding Flow
- We've introduced a streamlined onboarding experience that eliminates the need for
  passwords (with the exception of SSO users). Users will now receive a verification
  code via email for a faster and more secure login process. Additionally, when
  attempting to sign up or link a market account with the app, users will be seamlessly
  guided to the correct flows. The Operator Guide will be updated to reflect these
  changes soon!

Branding & Design Fixes
- Various UI inconsistencies have been addressed, including fixing misaligned text,
  incorrect logos, and missing icons in receipts and history pages.
Smoother Navigation Experience
- Resolved issues with infinite loading screens and missing back button functionality.

Corrected Location Name on Market Purchase Receipts
- Fixed a bug where the wrong location name was displayed on Market Purchase
  receipts, ensuring accuracy in transaction details.
