ADM

What's New

  • In advance of a self-serve Credit Refund process in ADM, a new column for “Credit Refund” is being added to the EFT Disbursement report. This new column is being placed after the current Less Credit Fees column on the report.
     
  • Additional functionality around the Kiosk to App and Rewards features is being introduced. On the Location Summary page, there is a configuration for “Kiosk to App QR/Link”, which controls a banner that informs consumers of the Pay App on the receipt screen on kiosks. With this update, if a Rewards program is also enabled for the Location, additional settings can be set for Kiosk to App. This will allow Operators to set configurable Rewards benefits, such as earning bonus Reward Points if consumers download the app and create an account. This will provide additional incentives for consumers to create a GMA and use the Pay App. Note, this feature will be fully available in March 2026 from the kiosk perspective.

Improvements

  • The Sold Details report has had a couple of updates made to provide better context around transactions. The first update is changing the current “Loyalty” column to instead be called “Points”. This column will now show either Loyalty or Rewards points that were earned. The second update is adding in a new column called “Account Method”, which will show the specific account identifier the consumer used to checkout with their GMA.
     
  • For ADM Picklists, we have updated a technical process that was causing some records to not refresh and show all eligible products. With this change, all eligible products that qualify to show on the Picklist, will in fact show for a completely accurate Picklist.

Bug Fixes

  • A bug on the Upsell report in ADM that was preventing product level upsell data from displaying has been fixed. With this fix, the report will show all Upsell data for Dining/Order Ahead, regardless of the Upsell type.
     
  • A bug on the Reward Redemption report that was not showing points for redeemed Cash Back Rewards has been fixed. With this fix, the correct amount of points that were redeemed will now display on the report as anticipated.

What's New

  • The ADM User PIN logic has been updated to a more secure set of requirements. These new requirements are that the PIN must be greater than 6 digits, must not be sequential, and cannot be a single digit repeated.
     
  • Users can continue to use their current PIN on all ADM managed devices. These requirements will only be enforced when a new User is created in ADM, or when an existing User is edited on the User Summary page.
     
  • The Product Spotlight feature for CV enabled devices is a great way to draw attention to specific products on the device idle screen. The ADM configuration for this feature on the Location Summary page now has a robust sizing and cropping option. This will allow Operators to clearly preview how an image will appear within the Product Spotlight and make any necessary changes before saving.
     
  • For CV enabled devices, a new setting for “Door Lock Timeout” has been added to the Device Summary page. This new setting will determine how long a door remains unlocked for, after it has been closed by the Consumer. This will provide Operators with more control over each device, helping to ensure that each use case can be accommodated.

Improvements

  • The process for Payroll Deduct batching and reporting has been updated to allow for more consistent usage. Batches will occur at midnight based on the Location’s time zone, and reports will generate one hour later to allow for all transaction to batch. The Payroll Deduct Details Report has also been updated to allow for unbatched transactions to appear within the report for more comprehensive analysis.
     
  • A new “Action” column has been added to the Cancel Report. The Cancel Report was updated to include many different event types, so this new column will make it clearer as to whether a transaction was Cancelled, Abandoned, or Cancelled.
     
  • The Gift Pass Usage report in ADM has been updated to include the Date and Time of each transaction. This addition will make it easier for Operators to get a complete view into Gift Pass transactions, allowing for more comprehensive analysis and management.
     
  • A new filter for Device Status has been added to the Admin Device Dashboard page in ADM. This will allow for easier filtering of devices that are Online or Offline in bulk, ultimately reducing the time it takes to determine all of the devices statuses for an entire Org.

Bug Fixes

  • A bug on the Reward Redemption report in ADM has been addressed. Previously, Loyalty redemptions were also included in the results, but with this fix, only Reward redemptions will appear.

What's New

  • The main features of this Live Update include Archive Customers and Region-Specific Allergens (with 365 Kitchen Management / Kafoodle Integration).
    • With Archive customers, you can now easily archive inactive customers to keep your active customer list clean and organized. Archiving removes customers from your main view without deleting their records, so you can still access their information when needed. This helps reduce clutter while preserving valuable customer history for future reference.
       
    • With Region-specific allergens, the 365 Catering back office will automatically display allergen information based on your region. Through our integration with 365 Kitchen Management / Kafoodle, caterers will now see allergen lists tailored to their local standards (for example, US, UK, or AUS allergens). This ensures your menus show the most accurate and relevant allergen details.

  • Unable to Submit Payment Info - 444 - Asian Box: The issue some users were experiencing when making payments through Authorize.Net has been resolved. We’ve made the necessary adjustments, and payments through Authorize.Net are now processing smoothly again with the Spoonfed / 365 Catering integration.

What's New

  • When creating a Bundle or On-Screen Promotion in ADM, a new feature to upload a list of UPCs has been added to Step 5. This upload process will make it easier to quickly select large sets of Products to include within a Promotion. Instead of needing to manually select most, but not all, Product records, Users can now simply upload a list of UPCs to select in bulk.
     
  • A new report for Rewards has been added to ADM to provide insights into the “More Ways to Earn” actions that consumers complete, including the in-app surveys. These More Ways to Earn actions are configured within the Rewards setup and offer optional ways to drive specific consumer behavior by offering additional Reward points.

Improvements

  • For our International Operators, the 365 Payments Reconciliation report has been updated to provide clearer date and time formats. The date/time format has been updated to display with the year first, allowing for easier reconciliation.

  • A bug on the Promotions flow in ADM that was causing some Promotions to not be able to be Saved has been fixed. This issue was intermittently occurring and would cause the page to be unresponsive upon Saving a record.
     
  • A couple of bugs around the Announcement feature in ADM have been fixed to provide a more consistent and better user experience. The first fix addresses the inability to upload images that don’t match the exact ratio and dimension set. The second fix addresses an issue where image files were unable to be uploaded if that file was in use on another existing Announcement.

Data analysts can now query all locations in a single statement instead of across multiple databases, executive leadership gains real-time visibility into enterprise KPIs with the ability to compare performance across divisions, and engineering teams benefit from production-ready infrastructure without manual pipeline maintenance.
     
  • Comprehensive Temperature Unit Support: We introduced comprehensive temperature unit support (°F/°C) across VMS machine monitoring, alerts, and configuration, eliminating unit confusion for international operators. The system auto-detects units from DEX data with manual override capability, displays temperature values with explicit units throughout the interface with consistent formatting (1 decimal place), and features smart alert thresholds with dual °F/°C inputs, real-time synchronization, and unit-aware evaluation that compares values in the machine's reporting unit.
     
  • Card Reader Connectivity Alerts for Kiosks: We introduced comprehensive support for card reader connectivity alerts across the Parlevel VMS ecosystem, spanning kiosk-level diagnostics, alert generation, standardized alert management, and multi-platform visibility. Operators are now promptly informed of payment reader issues and can take swift action to minimize downtime.
     
  • Parlevel Wallet Management Controls: We introduced controls for enabling or disabling Parlevel Wallet functionality at global, account, market, and kiosk levels, allowing operators to manage wallet availability throughout the VMS ecosystem. Company admins can control wallets for all kiosks globally, wallets can be managed per customer account if the global toggle is enabled, and market-level controls are subject to higher-level permissions.
     
  • Email Invoice Capabilities in Stock App: We introduced enhanced email invoice capabilities in the Stock App, streamlining invoice delivery and reducing administrative overhead. The Stock App now includes  an email icon on the invoice screen for sending an email to the locations contacts.

  • Admin Billing Page Performance: We refactored the Admin > Billing > Customers page to address significant performance degradation that was causing load times of over a minute, ensuring users can navigate efficiently without extended wait times even though the page serves as the default landing page for some users upon login to admin.
     
  • Consolidation Analytics Report Optimization: We optimized the Consolidation Analytics report to handle larger data sets more efficiently, allowing customers to analyze longer time periods and larger route sets without browser timeouts that previously occurred when running reports for a week or more across all routes with over 1,000 DRMs.

  • Status Bar Display on iOS Devices: Fixed an issue where the status bar was not displayed on iOS 26 devices in the Stock App. The status bar now displays correctly across all iOS device versions, ensuring consistent UI presentation.
     
  • Vending Machine Models Tier Column Sorting: Fixed an issue where clicking the "Tier" column name in Vending > Manage Vending Machines produced an error instead of sorting the models from parent to child. The Tier column now sorts correctly without errors when clicked.
     
  • Coin Mech History Currency Multiplier: Fixed an issue where the Coin Mech History totals didn't account for the currency_multiplier in the general setting when CA17 data was included in the DEX file. The system now correctly applies the currency multiplier to coin history totals, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
     
  • Product Catalog Sync Cancel Button: Fixed an issue where the Cancel button did not function when syncing a Product Catalog in Admin VMS under Support → Sync → Product Sync. The cancel button now properly terminates the sync operation when clicked.
     
  • iOS Location Permission Crash: Fixed an issue where the Stock App crashed when users clicked the "Denied Location" or "Enable Location" button in the More tab's Permissions (Location Services) section. The application no longer closes unexpectedly when managing location permissions.
     
  • Warehouse Inventory Product Status Validation: Fixed an issue where users could deactivate or delete the last inventory record for a product even though it was still being used in a machine/market, OCS price tier, or pending warehouse order. After switching to the new product status structure based on warehouse inventory records, validation was bypassed. The system now properly validates product usage before allowing deactivation of the last inventory record, preventing orphaned product references.
     
  • Machine Creation with Inactive Slot Error: Fixed an issue where attempting to create a machine with an inactive slot on the layout resulted in an error 500. The system now properly handles machine creation regardless of slot status, or provides clear validation messaging when inactive slots are present.
     
  • Stock iOS Service Status Updates: Fixed an issue where service statuses weren't updating after being finalized in the Stock iOS app. Investigation revealed the issue occurred when a user was tied to a large number of routes, causing small syncs to fail. The system now properly handles users with extensive route assignments, ensuring service statuses update correctly after finalization.
     
  • Product Calories per Package Decimal Truncation: Fixed an issue where the "Calories per Package" field in Warehouse → Products → Create new product allowed non-integer values to be entered, but the fractional part was truncated when saving. The field now preserves and displays the full value including decimal places, ensuring nutritional information accuracy.
