What's New

  • We’re excited to announce the launch of VisionLink, a major feature addition to the Vision Smart Store ecosystem that delivers a new, more intuitive, and connected shopping experience across compatible coolers and cabinets. 
    VisionLink allows shoppers to move naturally between multiple Vision Smart Store devices in a single session - requiring only one pre authorization and generating a single, unified receipt for all purchases within a defined session. 
    By linking multiple doors into one cohesive shopping journey, VisionLink removes friction, reduces checkout time and bank holds on cards, delighting consumers while unlocking increased throughput and higher basket sizes for Operators. (Reach out to your 365 Account Manager for more information)

What's New

  • Within ADM, we are introducing self-service refund capabilities for Operators. This functionality can be found on the Transaction Search page, for each specific qualifying transaction. At this time, refunds will be available for processed Credit transactions for US based Orgs. This feature will help to streamline the refund process for Operators to ensure that consumers receive their refund in a timely manner.
     
  • In advance of a new consumer feature for “Favorited Dining Products”, we have added a new setting to the Location Summary page, as well as a new report to ADM. This feature will allow consumers to favorite specific products as part of their Dining order on the app, making it easier for them to reorder the same products. Operators will need to enable the Favorite Dining Products setting on the Location Summary page for this functionality to be visible to consumers in-app. Additionally, the new report will provide Operators with insights into which products consumers are favoriting.
     
  • On the EFT: GMA Disbursement report, we are adding a new column labeled as “Room Charge Fee”, related to our recent Room Charge integration on ADM devices. This column will be placed to the right of the current Premium Pay Fee column on the report.

Improvements

  • The Promotion Creation flow has been updated to include a dedicated Promotion Spotlight configuration step within the process. This will provide operators with a single area to set up and manage spotlights for promotions. From this screen, Operators can configure how spotlights appear to consumers, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across devices.

What's New

  • In advance of a self-serve Credit Refund process in ADM, a new column for “Credit Refund” is being added to the EFT Disbursement report. This new column is being placed after the current Less Credit Fees column on the report.
     
  • Additional functionality around the Kiosk to App and Rewards features is being introduced. On the Location Summary page, there is a configuration for “Kiosk to App QR/Link”, which controls a banner that informs consumers of the Pay App on the receipt screen on kiosks. With this update, if a Rewards program is also enabled for the Location, additional settings can be set for Kiosk to App. This will allow Operators to set configurable Rewards benefits, such as earning bonus Reward Points if consumers download the app and create an account. This will provide additional incentives for consumers to create a GMA and use the Pay App. Note, this feature will be fully available in March 2026 from the kiosk perspective.

Improvements

  • The Sold Details report has had a couple of updates made to provide better context around transactions. The first update is changing the current “Loyalty” column to instead be called “Points”. This column will now show either Loyalty or Rewards points that were earned. The second update is adding in a new column called “Account Method”, which will show the specific account identifier the consumer used to checkout with their GMA.
     
  • For ADM Picklists, we have updated a technical process that was causing some records to not refresh and show all eligible products. With this change, all eligible products that qualify to show on the Picklist, will in fact show for a completely accurate Picklist.

Bug Fixes

  • A bug on the Upsell report in ADM that was preventing product level upsell data from displaying has been fixed. With this fix, the report will show all Upsell data for Dining/Order Ahead, regardless of the Upsell type.
     
  • A bug on the Reward Redemption report that was not showing points for redeemed Cash Back Rewards has been fixed. With this fix, the correct amount of points that were redeemed will now display on the report as anticipated.

  • Automated Price Updates for Password-Protected Vending Machines: We introduced an automated solution for handling price updates on DEX password-protected vending machines. When remote price changes fail due to unknown DEX passwords, the system now automatically converts these failed requests into a "Password" type that gets scheduled for the next regular service visit. This eliminates the need for manual tracking and reduces the operational burden of scheduling special service visits for password-related price failures.

What's New

  • The ADM User PIN logic has been updated to a more secure set of requirements. These new requirements are that the PIN must be greater than 6 digits, must not be sequential, and cannot be a single digit repeated.
     
  • Users can continue to use their current PIN on all ADM managed devices. These requirements will only be enforced when a new User is created in ADM, or when an existing User is edited on the User Summary page.
     
  • The Product Spotlight feature for CV enabled devices is a great way to draw attention to specific products on the device idle screen. The ADM configuration for this feature on the Location Summary page now has a robust sizing and cropping option. This will allow Operators to clearly preview how an image will appear within the Product Spotlight and make any necessary changes before saving.
     
  • For CV enabled devices, a new setting for “Door Lock Timeout” has been added to the Device Summary page. This new setting will determine how long a door remains unlocked for, after it has been closed by the Consumer. This will provide Operators with more control over each device, helping to ensure that each use case can be accommodated.

Improvements

  • The process for Payroll Deduct batching and reporting has been updated to allow for more consistent usage. Batches will occur at midnight based on the Location’s time zone, and reports will generate one hour later to allow for all transaction to batch. The Payroll Deduct Details Report has also been updated to allow for unbatched transactions to appear within the report for more comprehensive analysis.
     
  • A new “Action” column has been added to the Cancel Report. The Cancel Report was updated to include many different event types, so this new column will make it clearer as to whether a transaction was Cancelled, Abandoned, or Cancelled.
     
  • The Gift Pass Usage report in ADM has been updated to include the Date and Time of each transaction. This addition will make it easier for Operators to get a complete view into Gift Pass transactions, allowing for more comprehensive analysis and management.
     
  • A new filter for Device Status has been added to the Admin Device Dashboard page in ADM. This will allow for easier filtering of devices that are Online or Offline in bulk, ultimately reducing the time it takes to determine all of the devices statuses for an entire Org.

Bug Fixes

  • A bug on the Reward Redemption report in ADM has been addressed. Previously, Loyalty redemptions were also included in the results, but with this fix, only Reward redemptions will appear.

  • Kiosk Theme Manager: Operators can create, edit, preview, and delete custom themes within VMS that automatically sync to kiosks. This enables consistent branding and appearance management across all customer touch-points.
     
  • Mixed Pricing Rule for Price Tiers: Operators can now apply different pricing rules to individual presentations within a single price tier. A new Rule column displays each product's assigned pricing strategy and calculation method.
     
  • Configurable User Role Permissions: Managers can now customize permissions for individual users beyond base role assignments through a new Custom Permissions section on the Edit User page. Available customization include route visibility for drivers, catalog management restrictions for managers and route managers, and consolidation editing for money entry users.
