Introduction
There are three different ways for a customer to make a Payment on Spoonfed.

Payment Gateway (Authorize.net, Stripe, FreedomPay) - are for processing Credit Card payments through an integrated gateway account.

On Account - for taking payments via an Invoice with a PO Number.

Other - any other form of taking payment that can include checks.
You can switch between these payment methods in an Order, but it is best to already know which payment method to use with a Customer or Order so that you can collect the right payment information from them.
Paying "On Account" Note
On Account must be turned on for the Customer within their profile. Talk to a Customer Success Specialist to automatically allow Customer to pay 'On Account' when they register.
