Purpose
The purpose of this article is to outline how to set an Organization in Spoonfed Back Office to pay: 'On Account'.
Process
An Organization must have Pay By Account checked in their profile in order to pay for Orders with a Cost Center Number, PO Number, etc. Unless indicated in setup, this step is done individually for each Organization in the Back Office.
To discuss automatically marking new Organizations to Pay by Account, speak with a Spoonfed Customer Success Partner.
- Go to the Customer Module.
- Find the Organization to make changes to.
- Click the 3 dots on the right of the Organization to navigate to the Organization Details page.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Under Account Information, check the box labeled "Payment by Account." Operators may see B2B, which refers to Order Flow One. If the account also has Order Flow 2, they will see another option for B2C.
- Click Save.
Now that Organizations can pay by account, they can manage a PO Wallet and save PO Numbers in their Spoonfed Profile.
