Introduction
The Messages Tab allows Users to view any automated emails and email-related data that were sent to a Customer. The tab is useful to track order confirmations, cancellations, order updates, and payments receipts. It is also used to track whether or not a Customer or User received an email related to an Order.
Viewing the Messages Tab

Go to the Order Module.

Click View/Edit on the Order you want to look at.

Go to the Messages Tab.

If you sent a Confirmation Email, or Payment Request to the Customer, their record is here. All the email messages sent to the Customer's email address on file display in chronological order.

Click View Content to see the email.

The email confirmation acts as a receipt for the Customer, where they can see the most up to date breakdown of costs and menu items for their Order.
View Email Details
At the top of this pop up, you can see email details.

Click Delivery Status to see each email address the message was sent to.

In Status, view if the email was Delivered, Undelivered, or Opened.

Click Details near that email to see when the email was received.

If the customer has not yet opened their email, or if the email failed to send, this is where you can check that information.

If a customer claims to not receive an email, this data is useful to track where the messages are sent and if the messages were received.
