Spoonfed - Purchase Order Wallet

Purpose

This article guides customers on how to use the Purchase Order Wallet.

Process

First, make sure that the Contact Purchase Order Wallet is enabled. If not enabled, reach out to a Spoonfed Customer Support Member to give you this feature.

Purchase Order Wallet Profile

  1. Login to the Spoonfed Customer Profile found on the same page used to place a catering order. If unsure how to login, please visit the following guide: Customer Login and Registration.

  2. Once logged in, click My Account at the top-right of the page, then click Wallet.

     
  3. Click Add Wallet to enter a new PO Number.

  4. Add a name to remember the number by and enter the PO Number.

  5. Click the Add button.

  6. The new number shows up in the Wallet and is selectable at checkout in the Back Office or Online.

Please Note: You can't edit a number once it's added. To delete a number, click the Trash Icon on the right.

Checkout

At Checkout, choose from any existing PO Numbers already have saved in the profile. Click the drop-down box to choose from all the pre-saved numbers. Click the Add button below to add a new PO Number.

From there, you can place your Order and continue the checkout process.
