Purpose

This article covers the mandatory process for Panoptyc customers in gaining, changing, or re-enabling access to MySQL Reader and/or Snowflake.

Requesting Access to an Org/Location

If you are requesting access to an org/location(s) with which you are not currently associated, you must have signed proof of approval from the org/location(s) to which you are requesting access.

1. Fill out the Panoptyc Account Permissions Letter, which can be found in the attachments of this article. It must be signed by the Operator of the org/location(s) for which you are requesting access.
   
   NOTE: By default, Panoptyc will be given access to "ALL LOCATIONS" within an Org unless specified in the permission form that only specific locations are required. 
   
   
2. Once this form has been received, 365 Support will provide access.
