Purpose
The purpose of this article is to explain the process on how to manually restart a KDS Monitor if the screen is frozen or not showing orders.

Process
- Locate the KDS monitor in question.
- Hold down the power button on the PC on the bottom of the Monitor until the screen goes dark or shows no signal.
- Then press the power button once and the PC will begin to boot back up and will return to the appropriate designated screen.
- Now try a test order to see if orders are now getting to the KDS Monitor properly.
