Send a Snack - Operator Guide

Purpose

The Send a Snack Feature in ADM allows the end users of the kiosk to send money to other accounts. This is a free feature: operators do not have to pay to turn on Send a Snack, and there is no fee for the end user. 

 

Set-Up Process

Send a Snack can be utilized at the Org level, or at individual Locations. By default, it is not enabled. Please contact Support at (888) 365-6282 or support@365smartshop.com to have this feature enabled.

 

End User Experience 

If the gifted amount is not used within 30 days of it being sent, it will expire and be given back to the person who sent the gift.
