Send a Snack - Operator Guide

Purpose

The Send a Snack feature lets users send any amount they choose to other accounts. Operators don’t pay to enable it or incur any fees. The snack amount is simply deducted from the end user’s account balance.
 

Process

Request This Feature

This feature is not turned on by default. Please contact 365Support via live chat, at (888) 365-6282 or support@365rm.com to have this feature enabled.


 

ADM Settings

This feature must be enabled by 365Support. Once enabled, no additional ADM setup is required. Send a Snack can be activated at either the org level or for individual locations.
 

Reporting

Operators can run the Send a Snack report to view details such as:

  • Sender
     
  • Recipient
     
  • Sender and recipient locations
     
  • Date and time the snack was sent
     
  • Snack status (accepted, expired, etc.)
     
  • Snack amount
