Generating picklists and packlists in AMS

The first step in any market service, before heading on-site, is to generate a picklist and packlist for the market in AMS.

Log into AMS and click Restock List under the Inventory menu:

This will take you to a list of all locations for your organization. Locate the organization for the Smart N Go you wish to service, and click the blue New button:

(Note: if you see the green Planned button here, it means you have a previous market service that hasn't been properly closed out, and the associated inventory changes haven't been pushed through. If the restock was actually done, you'll need to print out the packlist and do a market service using the barcode on it, or you can create a new restock list and adjust your actual product pull to not include the already-stocked products. If the restock wasn't actually carried out, you can just click New.)

On the Edit Restock Plan page, you can confirm and edit the quantities for each product, and then click Print to print out either a picklist or a packlist. The picklist is sorted by product category, to assist drivers in picking from your warehouse. The packlist is sorted by module, tray, and column, to make stocking the market easier, and it is required that you print out the packlist and scan the barcode on it as described below in order to properly complete the market service.

Note: please be sure when printing the packlist that it's set to scale to fit to the page - otherwise, the barcode may not print fully and therefore will not work to complete the market service.

On-Site Market Service

There are two main steps to servicing a Smart N Go market. Step 1 is clearing stales out of the market. Step 2 is stocking products and closing the service.

Signing in With a Driver Account

At the standard market screen, you will need to log into your member account by scanning a market card or fingerprint.

If the fingerprint and card are not working, you can manually access your driver account by using the keyboard located inside the main station.  Turn on the keyboard and hold the shift key and click anywhere on the screen.  A page will be displayed asking for an email and a password.  The email will be whatever was provided to the installer, the password will be 123456

Once the sensor sweep has finished the door will unlock and you are free to add product to the module.

Once the product is stocked, close the door. Once the door is closed, the system will lock and do another sensor sweep to count the changes.

Open the exceptions page, the products you added will be on the left in red.  Select the product and the reason you are add the product in the right column.  The reason will most likely be Driver Add.

Once you have selected a reason for all the products in the right column, the product will display as green in the left column.
