Variance Report

The Connect Variance Report displays the ordered quantity, the packed quantity, and the short quantity for each item for the start and end date period specified. The ordered and packed totals and variances are displayed at the top and bottom of the page.

This report gives the user multiple options. It can be run using the parameters of all customers, all order types, and all users. The variance report can also be run for a specific customer, by location, order group, and order type (market, vending, etc.), for a single user or all users.

The report gives users the ability to select specific active or inactive customers, locations, and order groups by checking and unchecking the active-only boxes. If you uncheck the Active Only box when first opening the report page, then click on View Report, the report will include all active and inactive customers, and all order types for the specified start and end packout date range.

The example below is showing the variance report for a date range using an active customer by location and order group.

The completed orders are in green, while the unpicked orders are in yellow. If an order is in multiple pick zones and all zones are not picking complete, the route will be highlighted in purple.

Searching Options

All Reports in the Connect Reporting module can be searched by matching a letter (uppercase and lowercase specific) or by a whole word.

For an example of  "Match case," searching for a capital letter “C” will return all words with a capital “C” in the text. It will not return items with a lowercase "c".

Searching by ‘Match whole word Only’ will return and highlight the word entered.
