The new device relocation feature has now been added to Advana. To relocate an existing device, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Advana.
- Select Devices from the left-hand menu.
- Click + Register Digital Signage.
- Enter the existing Device ID.
- Proceed to the Location Type step.
- Select Existing Location.
- Choose the same location from the Select Existing Location drop-down menu.
- Select the Is Relocation checkbox.
- Click Complete Relocation to finish the process.
