Lightspeed - Resetting/Unlocking & Canceling Orders

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to provide context & instructions for resetting/unlocking or canceling picklist orders in Lightspeed Administrator (LsAdmin).

 

Resetting/Unlocking Orders

Resetting an order allows you to reset an order's progress which enables another picker to restart the order.

  1. Navigate to Lightspeed Processes Reset/Unlock Orders.

  2. Select the appropriate date on the calendar, then highlight the appropriate route.

  3. Select the appropriate zone.

  4. The Locked Orders list will only show orders that are incomplete.

  5. Lastly, select the orders you'd like to reset and click the Reset Order button.

 

Canceling Orders

  1. Navigate to Lightspeed Processes Cancel Orders.

  2. Select the appropriate date on the calendar, then highlight the appropriate route.

  3. You may have to adjust the filter to show All Orders or Uncompleted Orders if it does not show up.

  4. Select the appropriate order, then click Cancel Order(s).

  5. The order will also need to be canceled on the provider's end.
