Purpose

This article explains the Picking Threshold feature in LightSpeed and how to configure it.
 

Process

Operators who focus on larger-volume items may choose not to service products that require only a small quantity. Instead of manually setting these items to zero or ignoring them, the Picking Threshold feature automatically zeroes them out to simplify the picking process.

Note: The feature must be enabled individually for each zone.

1. Navigate to LightSpeed Settings > Pick Zone Edit.
   
   
2. On the right-hand side of the page, select Edit.
   
   
3. Adjust the number in the Picking Threshold column.
   
   

After this change, items on downloaded orders with quantities matching or below the configured Picking Threshold are zeroed out. The item's Machine Category also changes to Do Not Pick Qty in the database.
