Purpose

This article walks through the Truck Inventory feature in the Stock app.

Truck Inventory is a tool that can be used prior to servicing machines to aid in the servicing process. 
When enabled, it gives the ability to track and set truck inventory. (This feature is turned off by default.) 
 

Process

To set and track truck inventory, tap the truck icon in the upper right to begin. (The truck icon will only display if the feature is enabled.)

• On the main truck inventory screen, the inventory for the truck will display (fetched from the VMS).
  
  From this screen, there is the option to:
   
  • Tap the Add Item button to add an item.
     
  • Tap the Return Product button to return a product. (A confirmation popup will appear, asking to cancel or confirm the action.)
     
  • Search for a product using the search bar at the top.
     
  • Tap on any product to see a more detailed view - showing how many are expired, damaged, or saleable. Tap the plus or minus buttons to adjust the quantities if needed.
    
  • Tap the camera icon in the upper left of the main truck inventory screen to scan a product.
    
    • If the product is not found, a Product not found error message will appear on screen.
      
    • Tap QUICK INVENTORY at the top to view and set inventory levels for the scanned product - how many are expired, damaged, or saleable. When finished, tap Save Inventory to confirm or Cancel to not apply changes.
      
  • After all of the truck inventory quantities have been set as desired, tap Save in the upper right of the main truck inventory screen to save changes. (A popup will appear asking to confirm or cancel.)
    

When finished with Truck Inventory, Cart Load Builder can also be used prior to servicing, to help with the servicing process. 
Cart Load Builder gives the ability to select and mark down which products to load on the cart from the available route/truck supply.
