Purpose
The purpose of this article is to explain how to edit ADM user accounts.
Process
Operators can only edit user accounts for users who have access to the same organization in ADM.
Once logged into ADM:
- Click on the Admin tab at the top of the screen > click Users and Roles from the resulting dropdown.
- In the search back on the right-hand side, search for the user using their first and last name, or email address.
- Please note: there is an option here to view disabled users as well. This is found in the box that shows Active Users.

- Once the user is located, click on the entry in the list.
- This will bring the Operator to the Edit User page.
- From this page, account information (names, email, default org, pin) and Organization/location access can be changed. There are other tabs that manager a user’s role and password information. (Password resets can be sent from here). This is particularly useful if needing to grant or revoke access to specific locations/orgs in ADM.
- Please note: if ALL is selected under the locations, the user will have access to all locations for that specific organization in ADM.

- For any changes made, the Update User button must be clicked for the changes to take effect.
