Purpose

The purpose of this article is to outline the Ingredient Swap Allergen Report for use in 365Kitchen Management services. This report is set to compile and send once per day (shows allergen swaps for the previous 24 hours).

  • Please Note: If no Ingredient or Allergen swaps have occurred in the past 24 hours on the selected account, no report will be generated. 

 

Overview

  1. Navigate to Home > Business > Edit Business.

  2. Enable the report using the bubble 'Enable report'. Hover over the  ?  to show the tooltip.

  3. After enabling the report, a textbox will open where you can enter the email address(es) the report should be sent to.
    • Please Note: Email address(es) do not need to be a registered user on the account or management software. For multiple recipients, separate each email address as shown: ( email1@example.com, email2@example.com )

  4. Press 'Save' in the top right of the business settings page to save the changes.

  5. The report will show a Excel array showing recipe name with [id number], and details about the swap action or affected sites.

    • The column headers have info for:
      • Recipe name [with ID number] - The name of the affected recipe.
      • Sites - Site name where the recipe swap occurred.
      • Original Ingredient [with Kafoodle system ID number] - Name and ID of the allergen ingredient that was swapped.
        • Please note: The number in brackets is not the supplier product code.
      • Replacement Ingredient [with Kafoodle system ID number] - Supplied/Used ingredient for the swap.
      • Change Type - ingredient swap type of either Permanent swap or Temporary substitution.
      • Created By - The user that carried out or initiated the swaps.
      • Menu - If a recipe is in use by a menu, the menu name will be displayed. E.g. 'Breakfast'
      • Allergen List by Name - The following rows will show each Allergen in its own column with an output detailing Yes/No or May.

Ingredients

  1. Navigate to Home > ingredients.

  2. On the Ingredients list, click the 'Temporary Ingredient Substitutions' button near the top right of the menu to filter the results.

  3. The Temporary Ingredient Substitutions list will show an active list of substitution events with options to view and/or edit under the controls column on the right.
