Purpose

This article walks through the Image Management section of the Vision Hub site. Image Management is where to go to review or update images for products currently in planogram(s).

Product images are essential for AI recognition.

Process

1. Log in to the Vision Hub site with ADM credentials.
    
2. From the Dashboard, Image Management can be reached in one of two ways:
   1. Select Image Management on the lefthand side of the screen. 
      
   2. Scroll down to Missing images under Operational Issues; the number of products without images will display here.
      Select Solve now to reach the Image Management page with a pre-filtered list of the products with missing images.
      
3. On the main page, all the items currently in planograms will display with corresponding Item Name, UPC Code, Organization, and an option to replace the image (or upload an image if there isn't one there yet). It'll show an image placeholder icon if the image is missing from the product.
   
4. Products can can be narrowed down using the Search bar, and by Has image or Has no image using the Product image dropdown.
   
5. Select an item's row to bring up a popup, with the option to drag and drop an image, preview the image, and save changes. The process is the same for replacing an image.
   Image recommendations and requirements are as follows: 360×360px recommended, max 2MB, JPG or PNG.
   
6. When finished, select Save image to save changes, or Cancel to go back.
