Parlevel - Product Bundles for VMS and Stock App
Updated

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to outline the Product Bundles feature, which allows operators to group multiple products into a single planogram selection. This is primarily used for fresh food items (like sandwiches) that rotate daily but occupy the same physical space in a cooler.

  • Product Bundles act as a container for multiple individual products. Instead of updating your planogram every time you restock with a new item of a established bundle, any product inside that bundle can be scanned and sold from that location.

  • Bundles are a new product type. They get a green 'BUNDLE' badge and their own product family in the inventory list.

  • Waste on a bundle is recorded per product, not on the bundle as a whole. Each product inside the bundle carries its own Expired, Damaged, Lost, and Refunded values.

  • Please Note: The Product Bundles feature must be enabled under Company Settings before it will be available at Markets. Once this feature is enabled, it cannot be turned off.

Stock App Process

  1. View a Product Bundle by the green 'BUNDLE' badge on the slot, or click the Bundles tab on the top menu to see only Product Bundles.

  2. Tap into a Product Bundle to open the details screen. A product bundle detail screen will show the following:

    • The green 'BUNDLE' badge next to the product name.
    • Quantity and Prekit Amount.
      • Please Note: There is no waste toggle on this screen. The details banner reads, "Waste is recorded per product and is not linked to bundle quantity."
      • Each Product in a bundle will have its own independent waste data.
    • A list of products contained in the bundle, labeled 'PRODUCTS IN BUNDLES' with a count.

  3. To record waste on a Product Bundle, the user must record the waste individually per product inside the bundle.
    1. On the bundle detail screen, tap one of the products listed under the banner.
    2. A waste modal opens for that single product, with fields for Expired, Damaged, Lost, and Refunded.
      • Adjust each amount with the plus and minus buttons, or type the value directly.
    3. Tap Save Waste.
