Purpose

This article outlines the steps to follow for updating the date and time on a PicoVend device.
 

Process

 If the following error message is displayed on the PicoVend screen, the date should be checked: 

Unacceptable certificate: CN=Amazon RSA 2048 M01, O=Amazon, C=US

1. Log in to the device if necessary.
    
2. Tap on GO TO LAUNCHER at the bottom.
   
   
3. If prompted for Admin password, use ‘00000000', eight zeros.
    
4. Swipe up from the bottom to show all apps.
    
5. Select the System Panel.
   
   
6. When prompted enter the User ID and Password. (both prompts default to '00000000' - eight zeros).
    
7. Scroll down to Date & Time and tap to select.
    
   
8. Adjust date and time and device will reboot.
