Purpose
The purpose of this article is to outline how to reactivate suspended accounts and help the user regain access.
- Users may become locked out of Impulsify accounts following too many failed login attempts. Use this process to restore access.
- You will need Manager or Admin level permissions in Impulsify to reactivate a suspended account.
Process
- Log into Impulsify with a Manager or Admin level account.
- Navigate to Manage > Manage Store > Add/Edit/Deactivate Users.
- Apply view filters.
- Check Inactive and Suspended.
- Click Apply.
- Locate the user's name on the list.
- Click the Edit icon (Pencil) next to the user.
- Change the user's Status to Active.

Save changes.
- After the account status has been changed, the user will need to reset their password. Send the user the article: Resetting Your Password or follow the steps below:
- Go to the Impulsepoint login page.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Follow the prompts to create a new valid password.

Please note: If the user attempts to log in repeatedly without resetting their password, the account may be suspended again.
