Purpose
The purpose of this article is to outline the Selection Capacity Warning setting in the Stock App. This setting will warn drivers when entered quantities exceed the physical capacity of a selection.
- Once enabled, users will see a warning if any entered quantity is higher than the selection’s capacity. This warning allows users to 'confirm/continue anyway' or 'go back and update quantities'.
- Only users with permission to edit company settings can enable or disable the feature.
Process
- Navigate to VMS > Company Settings > Driver Tab.
- Toggle the setting Selection Capacity Warning as desired.
- When "Selection Capacity Warning" is ON: Drivers see a warning when saving if any entered quantity is higher than the selection’s capacity.
- When "Selection Capacity Warning" is OFF: No warning will appear.
- Once this setting is enabled/disabled, it will apply company wide immediately. No additional configuration is required.
