Purpose

The purpose of this article is to outline the Disable Product Changes setting in the VMS. This setting controls whether drivers can change products in the Stock App. (Drivers see/don't see the option to change products in the Stock App planogram selection).

  • By default, this setting allows Drivers to change products in the Stock App. Toggle this setting to disable product changes.
  • VMS users must have access to Company Settings > Driver Tab to modify the setting.
     

Process

  1. Navigate to VMS > Company Settings > Driver Tab.
     
  2. Toggle the setting Allow product changes as desired.
    • When "Allow product changes" is ON (default): Drivers see the option to change products in the Stock App planogram selection.
    • When "Allow product changes" is OFF: The option to change products does not appear in the Stock App planogram selection.
