Purpose

This guide explains how to move a Vending Machine to a new location and how to handle any associated Machine Notes.

  • Please Note: The "Bring Notes" checkbox is not checked by default, and only machine notes are affected, not service notes.

 

Process

  1. Navigate to VMS > Vending > All Machines.
     
  2. Choose the Machine you want to edit.

  3. Go to tab “Basic Info” > “Location” > Click the Location.
     
  4. A Change Machine Location menu will open.

    • The Bring Notes option is unchecked by default. Check the box to elect to bring machine notes to the new Location.
    • After deciding to bring or leave notes, complete the Machine Move.
