How do I request a new deployment or addition of cabinets to an Existing Location?

Are we limited to 3 bays?
- Yes, for the near future we will only support a maximum of 3 bays per PICO.
Can we add Coolers / Freezers as Add Ons?
- For the near future we will only support Ambient Add ons
Can I add more shelves to a PCV now that we have a drop-down for number of shelves?
- Operator guidelines on the maximum number of shelves per Device do not change - those guidelines ensure that operators do not stuff devices with small items that are unrecognizable.
Will my operators have to do anything for their existing devices to map to the new style?
- No, it will be handled internally
With 3-bay devices, can I choose where to put the primary device (device with PICO reader)?
- The guidelines on placing the device with the PICO in the middle were based off cable-lengths. In general those instructions stand. However, the configuration does allow placing the primary device in any position if it can be physically realized
Does the order of devices for multi-bay units matter?
- Yes, Planograms and Backend Video data is created based on the ADM setup. The placement order should match that of the physical unit.
Will I need multiple sources of power to run multiple Coolers/Freezers?
- Potentially, Multiple Cabinet devices on the same standard building circuit can be too much of a power draw. Multiple outlets or other power source solutions may be needed. Investigate your locations power draw options depending on the number of devices you wish to run together.
