AVLive - Set No-Sale Status Time Frame
Updated

Purpose

This article outlines the steps needed to set  the No-Sale Status time frame in AVLive.

Process

AV Live highlights machines that have not recorded sales within a set period of time. This is controlled by the Time before no-sale status setting.

When no sales occur within the selected time frame, the number of sales (# Sold) and Sales amount appear in red text.

  1. Log into AVLive.

  2. Click Machines.

  3. Select the machine that needs editing. The Edit Machine page will open.

  4. Click the Communication tab.

AVLive - Machines - Communication tab
  5. Locate the Time before no-sale status field.

AVLive - Communication - Time Before No Sale Status Field
  6. Enter the amount of time the machine can go without a sale. (Ex: 72 hours)

  7. Save changes.

After setting the time frame, if no sales occur within the designated time frame:

  • Number of sales (# Sold) displays in red
  • Sales ($) displays in red

This makes it easier to spot machines that might need Operator attention.
