Purpose
This article outlines the steps needed to set the No-Sale Status time frame in AVLive.
Process
AV Live highlights machines that have not recorded sales within a set period of time. This is controlled by the Time before no-sale status setting.
When no sales occur within the selected time frame, the number of sales (# Sold) and Sales amount appear in red text.
- Log into AVLive.
- Click Machines.
- Select the machine that needs editing. The Edit Machine page will open.
- Click the Communication tab.
- Locate the Time before no-sale status field.
- Enter the amount of time the machine can go without a sale. (Ex: 72 hours)
- Save changes.
After setting the time frame, if no sales occur within the designated time frame:
- Number of sales (# Sold) displays in red
- Sales ($) displays in red
This makes it easier to spot machines that might need Operator attention.
