Purpose

This article covers the process for unlocking a Due North (Minus Forty) cooler with the physical key to service.
 

Process

This process can be used to service a Due North (Minus Forty) cooler when a driver does not have a driver PIN.

1. Locate the key hole on the left side of the cooler.
    
2. Insert the key, rotate clockwise and hold while opening the door.
    
3. Perform any maintenance that is required inside of the cooler.
    
4. Close the door. The door will lock as long as the key is not rotated clockwise to its stop.
    
5. Remove key if it was left in the lock during service.
    
6. Set the HSA delay to give the cooler time to return to temp.
   1. To set the 30min delay, on the controller at the front, bottom right of the cooler, hold the U and Down Arrow buttons on the controller for 5 seconds, controller will beep and display "dELAY".
       
7. Cooler is ready for immediate use.
