    • Older Sensit III boards (Ex. AMS G8-624 with older Sensit III) will require a board upgrade to support Remote Pricing.

    1. Set the pricing type. This sets how prices will change.
      1. Update price - sets one new price across the board for all selected products.

      2. Increase or Decrease the price - adjusts the price of each product based on its original price.

Parlevel - VMS Price Increase Decrease Flat Rate or Percentage
Flat Rate - by the exact amount of the set value.

Percentage - by a percentage based on the set value.

  8. Click Ok to confirm.

Track Progress

Navigate to Vending > Tools > Selection Tracker.

Devices that are Password Protected

When a remote price change is attempted on a vending machine with a DEX password-protected card reader, the remote price change fails due to an unknown or incorrect DEX password. The system will evaluate whether the DEX Password Bypass feature is enabled in Company Settings and if the feature is enabled, the system converts the failed remote price change into a Service type price change and also schedules the service-type price change for the next regular service visit.

Selection Tracker

The service-type price change is displayed in the Selection Tracker with the message Created due to password bypass. The Message column is visible by default in the Selection Tracker for these entries.

Operator Service

  1. When a driver opens the machine door during a service visit, the system updates the DEX password.

  2. The system applies all pending service-type price changes in order.

  3. On successful application, the system sends a notification.

  4. If the update fails, the price change is marked as Error in the Selection Tracker.

  5. If a pending service-type price change exists due to password bypass, a red alert is displayed on the machine detail screen in the Stock app.

  6. The alert remains visible until the required service action is completed.
