  1. For the upright cabinet, the Pico will need to be installed on the bracket.

    1. Compressor and technology will begin their startup process.
    2. Interior lights will illuminate. (If the lights do not come on, check the switch under the front panel.)

  3. Enable the Health Safety Delay. You’ll notice your cabinet beeping.
Hold the U & Down Arrow buttons together until you hear a final beep, and the words Health Delay scroll on the controller.
  4. The Pico device will go through its start-up phase, displaying a yellow banner.
    1. During start-up, the cabinet cannot be unlocked with the 365 Ops App or Pico device.
During this process, you can use the cabinet key to unlock the doors to begin stocking.

  5. Once the start-up phase completes, the Pico will display a message with a red banner.
Now hold just the Down Arrow button until you see “- - -” on the cabinet controller.
A few seconds later, the red banner will disappear. Do a test transaction and confirm both doors open and lock once both doors are closed.
You are now open for business!

Local Network - Ethernet Connection Setup

  • To hardline to your local network is also quick and easy.
Connect an ethernet cable to the hardline ethernet port found on the back of the CV Cooler or Freezer and then connect into an ethernet port.
    • CV products cabinets come with a failover router that will swap between cell and ethernet. The cellular function will activate if the unit loses connection to your local network. Cellular will deactivate once your local network connection is restored.
