Purpose
The purpose of this article is to outline the steps to archive a customer in 365 Catering (Spoonfed) Backoffice.
Process
- Navigate to Backoffice > Customers.
- Use the Search bar or manually navigate to the customer to archive.
- If you are not sure if the customer is already archived, check under the 'Archived Contacts' tab.
- If you are not sure if the customer is already archived, check under the 'Archived Contacts' tab.
- On the customer to archive, click the three dots on the right side on the row, then click archive.
- A popup page will open asking for confirmation, click 'Archive'.
- After clicking 'Archive' the contact will move from the Contacts tab to the Archived Contacts tab.
- If you need to restore an archived contact, navigate to the contact on the Archived Contacts tab, and click the three dots on the right side of the row and select 'Unarchive'.
- After a contact has been archived for 7 days, an option will become available to delete the contact. Click the three dots on the right side of the row and select 'Delete'
- If you need to restore an archived contact, navigate to the contact on the Archived Contacts tab, and click the three dots on the right side of the row and select 'Unarchive'.
