Introduction

The Consumer Survey feature on ADM and the V5 kiosk allows operators to gather real time feedback from consumers. In ADM, operators can create a question that will display to consumers after they have successfully completed a transaction. These questions can be Yes or No, or they can be on a scale of Positive, Neutral, or Negative.

Additionally, if a consumer leaves a response that is deemed as negative, we can prompt users for some additional personal information if they would like to be contacted. Overall this feature is a great way to understand the experiences consumers are having in the market to ensure they keep coming back.
