ADM-V5 Consumer Survey
Updated

Introduction

The Consumer Survey feature on ADM and the V5 kiosk allows operators to gather real time feedback from consumers. In ADM, operators can create a question that will display to consumers after they have successfully completed a transaction. These questions can be Yes or No, or they can be on a scale of Positive, Neutral, or Negative.

Additionally, if a consumer leaves a response that is deemed as negative, we can prompt users for some additional personal information if they would like to be contacted. Overall, this feature is a great way to understand the experiences consumers are having in the market to ensure they keep coming back.

The Consumer Feedback Survey Report found under the "reports" tab in ADM will show your consumers responses.
