IPCSupport app is used for configuring and troubleshooting the Infinea Tab M used with the Delta SkyMiles iPad App.
Infinea Tab M is a 1D/2D barcode scanner and magnetic card reader designed for operational visibility on the iPad Mini.
- Connect the Scanner to the iPad.
- Open the IPCSupport app in the iPad.
- Login with your Apple ID if asked – Most DeltaSC have created their own Apple ID. If you do not have an Apple ID, you will need to create one.
- Change USB Charge Current to “1A” on the Configuration screen. This will allow the charger to charge both the iPad and the Infinea Tab M Scanner.
- Open the Settings app.
- Sign out of your Apple account.
