Register the Verifone

If the VeriFone green light does not turn on when you click PAY on the kiosk, follow these steps:

  1. In Cashier Mode, touch the hamburger icon in the top, left corner.

  2. Choose Register VeriFone Device.

  3. Confirm there is an IP address listed in the Current IP Address If one is not listed, contact 365 Support at 1-888-365-7382.

    Pair Up the Verifone

  4. Press the green Pair Up button.

  5. Enter 1111 (slowly) on the VeriFone device.

  6. Press the green button on the VeriFone device.

A short success message will appear on the top, right corner. Your Kiosk is now paired with your VeriFone device and is ready for sales.

 

If the kiosk payment screen shows, “Error! Please try again”

It’s because the consumer pressed the red CANCEL button on the VeriFone, without canceling the transaction on the kiosk. To solve this, ask the consumer to cancel the transaction on the kiosk first, and then cancel it on the VeriFone device.
