Introduction

The Kitchen Management System, provides highly visible information about orders on-screen. A chef can view the details of the order on-screen and notify the consumer when the order is ready for pickup. Chefs can also view closed orders.

  1. The consumer orders from the kiosk. They add their name and any special instructions for the chef in the Note section.

2.  The order displays on the KMS and a chit prints in the kitchen.

3.  The chef prepares the food and updates the KMS to notify the consumer that the order is ready.

4.  On the Self-Service kiosk, the consumer is notified by text or email.

5.  The consumer picks up the food and the chit and proceeds to a ReadyCashier or Self-Service kiosk. The chit is scanned, which displays the details of the order, and the consumer pays, completing the transaction.

 

Order Only, Pay Afterwards

The consumer can order from an Order Only kiosk, pick up the food and pay afterwards at either a ReadyCashier or a Self-Service kiosk.

 

Order and Pay in one Transaction

The consumer can order and pay in one transaction from a Self Service or ReadyCashier kiosk. When the food is ready, the consumer picks up the food and the transaction is complete.
