365Dining - Voiding Same-Day Closed Transactions in Cashier Mode

Purpose

This article walks through how to void a same-day closed transaction in Cashier mode on a Dining kiosk.
 

Process

  1. Enter Cashier Mode:
    1. From the main screen, tap Cashier Mode.
    2. Tap the 3 Horizontal Lines (Burger Icon) in the middle of the screen.
       
  2. Tap Sales History from the Dining settings menu.

  3. Locate the transaction to void:
    1. Tap the Closed tab at the top.
    2. Find the transaction to void.
    3. Tap anywhere on the transaction row (kiosk number, amount, status: CLOSED, or time) to select the transaction.
       
  4. Tap the red ADJUST button in the lower-left corner of the screen.

  5. Tap PROCESS VOID > Tap YES! to confirm.

  6. Once completed, the transaction is successfully voided, and if a printer is connected, it will print a void receipt.
