Purpose
This article walks through how to void a same-day closed transaction in Cashier mode on a Dining kiosk.
Process
- Enter Cashier Mode:
- From the main screen, tap Cashier Mode.
- Tap the 3 Horizontal Lines (Burger Icon) in the middle of the screen.
- Tap Sales History from the Dining settings menu.
- Locate the transaction to void:
- Tap the Closed tab at the top.
- Find the transaction to void.
- Tap anywhere on the transaction row (kiosk number, amount, status: CLOSED, or time) to select the transaction.
- Tap the red ADJUST button in the lower-left corner of the screen.
- Tap PROCESS VOID > Tap YES! to confirm.
- Once completed, the transaction is successfully voided, and if a printer is connected, it will print a void receipt.
